Who I am

I am the data controller for the personal data collected through angegimenez.com.

Data I collect

When you submit my inquiry form, I collect the following information:

• Her first name and last name
• His first name and last name
• Her email address
• His email address
• Preferred language (English or French)
• Wedding date
• Venue name
• Event type (wedding, engagement, celebration, or other)
• Vision and details for the cake

I do not collect any payment information, government IDs, or sensitive data as defined by GDPR Article 9.

Purpose & legal basis

I process your data solely to respond to your inquiry about a bespoke wedding cake commission and to manage our pre-contractual relationship.

Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request).

Where your data is stored

Your inquiry is stored in Notion (Notion Inc., 2300 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA). Transfers to the US are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided by Notion's data processing addendum.

No other third-party service receives your personal data.

Retention

I retain your data for 3 years after our last contact. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from my records.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: obtain a copy of the personal data I hold about you
• Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Restriction: request that I limit processing of your data
• Objection: object to processing where it relies on legitimate interests

Cookies

This site uses no analytics cookies and no advertising trackers.

The only client-side storage is a technical session used by Flatpickr (the date picker on my inquiry form) to display the calendar correctly. This cookie does not track you, is not shared with any third party, and expires when you close your browser.
